BILLING FAQ
Questions before you buy.
Why is AI usage not included?
You bring your own API key, so your code goes straight to your own AI account and you pay your provider's list price. We never see or resell the tokens.
What counts as a review?
Each analysis of a pull request or branch, including re-runs. The count resets on the 1st of every month (UTC).
What happens when we reach a limit?
New reviews pause and you see an upgrade prompt. Nothing is billed beyond your plan, and existing reviews stay available.
How does the trial work?
The trial covers one repository and 20 reviews for 14 days. Choose a plan at any time from your workspace; when the trial ends without a plan, reviews pause until you pick one.
How are invoices and VAT handled?
Payments are processed by our reseller, which acts as Merchant of Record: it charges the right VAT or sales tax for your country and issues the invoices.
Can we cancel or change plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
